Postpartum support looks different for everyone, because being in the postpartum time is different for everyone. That’s why postpartum doula support can be utilized any number of ways.

So what do you need?

Need someone to put together a few freezer meals while keeping laundry moving? Great.

Need overnight support, so you can sleep deeply and wake up to a fresh pot of coffee instead of a sink filled with bottles? Done.

Need help organizing all of the clothes your baby never wore and can no longer fit in? Sign me up.

No matter what I do while I’m at your house during a postpartum shift, from breastfeeding to baby wearing - I will check in and try to gauge how you’re really feeling; I want to meet you wherever that is. Postpartum can be a whirlwind, and you deserve to feel supported, held, and encouraged as you learn countless new things and bond with an amazing new person.

Pricing

$40/hour, with $50 discounted for every 24 hours booked

24 hours ($50 discounted) - $910

48 hours ($100 discounted) - $1,820

72 hours ($150 discounted) - $2,730

96 hours ($200 discounted) - $3,640
